CareSignal is a product operated by ZAYBU CONSULTING SOLUTIONS INC. under the MedTech Care brand. This Privacy Policy applies to the CareSignal website, mobile applications, SMS messages, phone alerts, push notifications, account features, and related services.

SMS Messaging and Consent

CareSignal sends transactional SMS messages to seniors, designated family members, caregivers, and authorized account contacts who expressly opt in to receive them. Messages may include wellness check-in notifications, help request alerts, urgent attention notifications, missed check-in notifications, alert acknowledgments, account notifications, and support-related service messages.

Users opt in by providing their mobile phone number and affirmatively agreeing to receive CareSignal SMS messages during account creation, invitation acceptance, phone-number verification, or through SMS alert settings. If another person enters a recipient's phone number, CareSignal will not begin sending recurring SMS notifications until the recipient completes the required verification or opt-in process.

Message frequency varies based on check-in activity, account settings, and alert events. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.

CareSignal SMS messages support wellness awareness, family communication, and account-related services. They are not used for advertising or promotional marketing.

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from CareSignal. After texting STOP, we will send a one-time SMS to confirm you have been unsubscribed.

Opting out of SMS may limit CareSignal's ability to send certain awareness and wellness alerts.

CareSignal does not use SMS alerts for marketing or promotional messaging.

4. How Users Consent to Receive Messages

Users consent to receive CareSignal SMS alerts when they create a CareSignal account, provide a mobile phone number, and agree to receive awareness and wellness notifications.

Users may also consent by accepting an invitation from a senior, family account owner, caregiver, or authorized account administrator. Users must provide express consent through a double opt-in process or direct account verification before receiving SMS alerts.

CareSignal messages are transactional awareness and wellness notifications. They are not promotional or marketing messages.

If a phone number is added by another person, CareSignal will not send SMS alerts to that number unless the recipient has provided consent through the required verification or opt-in process.

Users may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Users may request help by replying HELP.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information.

We may share information only as needed to operate CareSignal, including with:

  • Approved family members or caregivers connected to a senior account
  • Service providers that help deliver SMS, phone calls, email, push notifications, hosting, security, or analytics

Service providers are only permitted to use information as needed to provide services to CareSignal.
